Who We are
Calibre Physio & Rehab was founded by Anna and Dan, combining decades of coaching experience with formal clinical and strength & conditioning training.
Anna holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and is HCPC registered. Dan holds a BSc in Sport, Fitness and Coaching. Both are currently undertaking an MSc in Strength and Conditioning with Rehabilitation.
For over six years, we have owned and operated Calibre Fitness, building a successful coaching facility grounded in structure, professionalism and long-term development rather than short-term results. Through this work, we have supported thousands of individuals, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, through injury, return to training and performance development.
Calibre Physio & Rehab was created to bridge the gap between traditional physiotherapy and long-term strength-based rehabilitation. Our focus is not quick fixes or passive treatment. We specialise in structured, progressive rehabilitation built around clear assessment, individualised programming, and meaningful one-to-one support.
We believe rehabilitation should restore confidence as well as capacity - giving people the tools, understanding and environment to move forward independently.
What We Do
The service is led by a registered physiotherapist with experience in rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and movement-based care.
The programme combines clinical assessment with structured rehabilitation and supported independent exercise, bridging the gap many people experience after discharge from traditional services.
Rehabilitation sessions are delivered in a calm, supportive environment with a focus on clarity, confidence, and long-term progress
Our Services
A 60-minute physiotherapy assessment to understand your history, current concerns, movement, and goals. This session determines whether the programme is the right fit for you.
This programme is designed for people who feel stuck, unsure, or lacking confidence returning to movement after injury, illness, or discharge from care.
It provides time, structure, and professional guidance to support safe progression back to movement and strength.
Includes;
Six weekly 1:1 rehabilitation sessions
Individualised rehabilitation plan
Independent gym-only access to support adherence
Ongoing review and progression throughout the programme
This programme is designed for athletes who feel uncertain, deconditioned, or lacking confidence returning to sport after injury, illness, or time away from training or competition.
It provides structured, progressive, sport-specific rehabilitation to safely rebuild strength, performance capacity, and readiness for return to play.
Includes;
Six weekly 1:1 sport rehabilitation sessions
Individualised, sport-specific return-to-play plan
Independent gym access to support training consistency
Ongoing assessment, progression, and performance readiness monitoring throughout the programme
